Flyboy Coffee is the roasting arm of our family-owned business. In 2016, we expanded our passion for quality by acquiring a coffee roasting company and launched Flyboy Coffee.

 

Led by master roaster Mark Larson—a Sioux Falls native with deep community ties and an expert on coffee given the many cups he drinks per day—we source premium beans from around the globe and roast hundreds of pounds weekly.

 

 

Our five distinctive blends are available in whole bean, ground, and K-cups that we pack right at our shop. Flyboy Coffee is served in our shops daily in brewed coffee and espresso drinks and is also included in our signature Jet Fuel Joenut donut and Jet Fuel Jolt blended coffee drink.
